Start talking about all this now. On social media, in your weekly emails, on your website, at consults. There are so many agents out there who all provide the exact same service, so how you market your unique selling points will make all the difference in attracting clients. 

Your role is about so much more than just transactions; it’s about guiding people to their perfect home and making the process smooth and enjoyable. You want to come across as the MUST USE, local expert, guru, who they would be crazy not you want to use as their agent.
